Adam Yakubov is the Founder & CEO of Stonefield Real Estate, overseeing all operations and initiatives the company undertakes.

In December 2016, Adam began his career at David Chkheidze’s ONE Commercial Realty Services as an Investment Sales Director in the South Bronx.

In July 2018, Adam joined Paul Massey’s B6 Real Estate Advisors as an Investment Sales Director in the Northwestern Bronx.

In January 2020, Adam joined Meir Babaev’s AB Capstone, where he transitioned to real estate development. He focused on acquiring and developing student housing complexes for private universities across the United States.

In November 2022, Adam founded Stonefield Real Estate, a commercial real estate brokerage focusing on investment sales and leasing services in New York City. The company operates with a territory platform and asset specialization approach. Sales and leasing teams are assigned to territories with brokers specializing in their specific asset class. This ensures that every property in every neighborhood is covered to the highest standard of expertise. With both divisions working together, clients can expect maximum support and value-add. Properties can be fully leased, repositioned, and brought to market at their best potential.
